Application
PVC insulation electric power cable has excellent electrical properties and chemical stability.With simple structure and easy to use,it is suitable for fixed laying AC 50HZ,rated voltage 1kV and below in transmission and distribution lines.Five-core power cable is needed to adapt to the development of distribution system and safety performance,the neutral wire in low voltage distribution systems with the zero line separating the system to run more stable,and ensure the safety of staff.
The XLPE insulation power cable has excellent hot-mechanical properties,excellent electrical,chemical resistance properties,also has the advantage of simple structure,light weight,not restricted by the difference of level along the route.Now widely used in urban power grid,mines and chemical plants and other places.Cable insulation adopt XLPE,use chemical method to linear molecules PE into solid nerwork structure of XLPE,thus substantially improving the mechanical properties of PE,and maintaining the superior ellectrical performance.
The product is suitable for dynamic line transmission and distribution lines of shielding performance requirements more stringent,especially applies to the rated voltage 0.6/1kV and below frequency inverter control system for power supply or connectiing cables.Frequency conversion cable is actually a shield-type power cable,the difference is that ground wires are divided into third part placed in the three main line between core to uniform electric field and improve levels of electromagnetic radiation of cable.Mostly used in high-power inverter power supply and frequency conversion motor connection.

Using Festures of Power Cable:
1.Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV PVC Insulation Power Cable :
The long-term working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 70°C.
While short-circuit the highest working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 160°C(5 seconds maximum duration);
The minimum bending radius for laying cable(D is diameter):single core unarmoured cable shoule be 20D,multi-core unarmoured cable shoule be 15D,single core armoured cable shoule be 15D,multi-core armoured cable should be 12D;
The environment temperature for laying cable should be not less than 0°C.
2. Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV XLPE Insulation Power Cable / Rated Voltage 3.6/6~26/35kV XLPE Insulation Power Cable :
The long-term working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 90°C.
While short-circuit the highest working temperature of cable conductor should be not more than 250°C(5 seconds maximum duration);
3. Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV and Freqency Inverter Control System Power Cable :
Designed with fully symmetric space structure,cable has excellent electromagnetic compatibility;
Low and uniform positive sequence and zero-sequence impedances have greatly improved power quality compared with ordinary four-core cable;
The environment temperature for laying cable;PVC and XLPE insulation is 0°C;
The maximum working temperature of cable;PVC insulation is 70°C,XLPE insulation is 90°C;
Low-smoke halogen-free flame retardant cable:PH value of burning gas ≥4.3,conductivity≤10us/mm,minimum light transmittance shall not be less than 60% while product burning;
The minimum bending radius for laying cable is 12D(D is diameter).
4. Copper Clad Aluminum Power Cable
Maximum temperature of cable of cable conductors during normal operation and short-circuit (5 seconds maximum duration): PVC insulation is 70oC, the highest temperature should be not more than 160oC while short circuit; XLPE insulation is 90oC,the highest temperature should be not more than 250oC while short circuit;
The minimum bending radius for laying cable (D is diameter):single core unarmoured is 20D,three-core unarmoured is 15D, single core armoured is 15D,three-core armoured is 12D;
